At DistressVintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the details below.

1. Return Window

• You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full store credit value. Full refunds are eligible if the item was improperly or inaccurately described.
• All Items are considered Final Sale after 14 days of receiving your order and are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
  • Hats or Accessories

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
• Store Credit will be an emailed code sent to the buyers ordered email.
